Job Description

The Part-Time Executive Director will lead our San Diego-based nonprofit dedicated to growing and distributing fresh microgreens to community organizations and families in need. This role coordinates donations, oversees packaging and delivery of microgreens from the farm, and ensures timely distribution to partner organizations and recipients. The Executive Director will manage community communications, build relationships with donors, and promote the organization’s mission. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to efficiently support operations and community impact.
